We implement the following process in terms of researching, developing and conducting training interventions:

  • Determine specific training and development needs through consultations with the client
  • Development/modification of training material to suit the client’s unique needs
  • Conduct outcomes based training (accredited training)
  • Feedback to management on issues arising from the workshop and submit recommendations for ongoing development

Within the training environment, we are noted for:

  • Accommodating small groups to ensure personal attention
  • Accommodating our client by presenting the training in-house
  • Creating a non-threatening training environment in which delegates can participate freely
  • Delivering training that is outcomes-based (accredited training)
